We’re relieved that the two disabled men have won compensation for pain and suffering from the loss of Income Support severe disability premiums.  We heard in court that there could be 4,000 others in a similar situation — who like them should be paid backdated benefit, future benefit and compensation.  The struggle to stop and scrap brutal Universal Credit goes on.  Here is the press release from the legal team at Leigh Day:
